L'Oréal Paris Sublime Bronze Express Pro Review :-)

Bonjour Belle!!

Tonight, I will be reviewing the L'Oréal Paris Sublime Bronze Express Pro Spray for Fair Skin.
Yep. That is ALOT to take in but that's the name of the product.

So let's see a piccy of it shall we?
This below, is what it looks like:

So first of all, what is this product all about?
WELL.

What does this fine looking gem of a product claim to do? On the Boots website, this is the description.

L'Oréal Paris Sublime Bronze Express Pro Spray for Fair Skin- for a sublime natural looking tan without the self-tan smell.

The ultra-wide micro-diffusion spray allows the product to dry instantly, for a radiant result with no need to rub in.
I can safely and honestly say, that this is the truth. It really does everything that it says it will!

  1. It is natural looking and streak free.
  2. It does have a kind of cheap perfume odour, but it goes away after applied.
  3. The product doesnt dry instantly, but I must say, it does dry in a surprisingly short amount of time.
  4. You definitely do not need to rub it in
Although it does everything it says on the description, I wouldn't say it was the most amazing fake tan to ever exist. Or near it.

I feel that you have to be very careful when using this product, as it doesn't show up when you have sprayed it so you cannot see where you have and haven't sprayed, which can be a nightmare when it develops in a couple of hours and you see that you have missed a spot, and theres this big white blob and the rest is all tanned.

It does take about 8 hours in total to develop fully. So if you want an instant fake tan look, then this is definitely not for you!

Although it comes in a spray which can be handy, especially when you are applying your back and have no one to do it for you, theres only enough for about 3 applications for a full body, and as this is a build up tan that is not very much.

Conclusion

For the price of about a tenner, depending on where you get it from (I find that morrisons is doing it quite cheaply just now) I would definitely not buy this again, as there is not enough to last even 3 applications, unless of course you use it sparingly, and although it gives me a nice natural looking glowing tan, it is not exceptionally amazing, but if you are looking for a hassle free, smell free, easy for hard-to-reach places fake tan that develops overnight and dries quickly, then this is for you :-)

I hope you enjoyed reading my review, and I'll speak to you next time!! :-)

REVIEW - No7 Extravagant Lashes in Black No1

Hey Peeepzzzz!

The mascara I will be reviewing today is the No7 Extravagant Lashes in black, No1

To start off with! WHAT is this mascara all about? The name? So SO wrong for the product! The only lashes these give you is spider, clumped together, pointy ones!

First of all...

The solution thing, dries way too slowly, so you're sitting waiting for about 10 minutes to put on the next coat and if you don't have time it sucks, especially if you accidentally touch your eye and the product comes off!
Then there's the brush. I shouldn't even allow myself to get started on this, so here is a picture below and you can just see for yourself how thick it is and how short and spread out the bristles are. Which by the way, is never a good combination! (just in my opinion, of course)
P.s I know the mascara solution stuff looks brown, but I assure you, it is definitely black!

When applying this mascara, I found it very hard to reach the roots of my lashes without poking my eye out as the brush design was so thick. I also found it very difficult to get into the corners of my eyes and coat the mascara on the bottom lashes without blobbing a load of product underneath the eye.

After I had applied the first coat, my lashes had all stuck together, so it literally only looked like I had about 5 hairs on them total, which does not look flattering on me. They also didn't lengthen very well, infact, hardly any length at all!

Without further ado, the pictures below are the results of my lashes after applying the mascara.

My eye without any mascara on.

These are my eyelashes after the first coat, and as you can see, they definitely don't look flattering, as they are too spaced out and just look weird and unnatural (not that mascara is natural but I think you catch my drift)

My eyelashes after the second coating didn't really improve. There is definitely not much of a difference from the first coat.

And lastly, the third coating of mascara! Looks better, but still... just no.

So the conclusion? The summary?
Basically, the conclusion is that NO ONE should be buying this mascara! At around about £10 a tube, this is definitely not worth it. It looks spidery, clumpy, thick (in all the wrong reasons) and just overall horrible!
So unless you're thinking of wearing this mascara for halloween, just don't buy it guys, it will be a shame to see you waste your money on such a poor product!

The only good thing, or more, useful, is if you are wearing fake eyelashes and need to coat your lashes to the fake ones, this mascara would be ideal as it is thick, so it would help your natural lashes blend in with the fake ones, and also it would stick a little better to them.

I hope this review helped you, and have a lovely night :-)

REVIEW - Dream Lash No7 in Jet Black

Bonjour à tous!

This morning I will be reviewing the "Dream Lash" mascara by No7 in the colour "Jet Black"

When I was applying this mascara, it felt quite rough on my eyes.
This is definitely not ideal for people who have eyes that are quite sensitive as the mascara brush is very irritatant whilst coating the mascara onto your lashes.

The No7 Dream Lash mascara has it's ups and downs. Pros and cons if you may.

What I found whilst putting on this product is that it seperated my lashes nicely, added a little volume to the roots and a teency bit of length!
I would definitely recommend it for people who are going for the "natural look" for their lashes, other than that, this mascara is nothing special.

What is quite an annoying thing about it is that it gets on your eyelids easily, so you have to clean it up, although if you place a card behind your eyelashes and coat it that way, the mascara on your eyelid thing won't be much of a problem, obviously. As well as that, the solution or whatever you call the gunky stuff that goes on the brush does not dry too quickly, which can be a definite hassle when your in a hurry.

Overall

For £15.50, I personally would not buy this mascara again, as it does not do anything exceptional and you can buy an exact dupe of the mascara for probably less than half price.

The pictures below are my eyes after I have applied my mascara.

These are my eyelashes without any mascara on.

First coat of mascara.

Second coat of mascara (and you can see the mascara on my eyelid here)

Third coating of mascara.

So that's it for today folks!
Overall, like I said, I would not recommend this mascara unless you are looking for a natural finish and have time in the morning to wait for the mascara to dry (or to clean up your eyelids)
For the price it definitely is not worth it.

I hope this review helped, and remember, expensive does not always mean that it's better, even Collection 2000 (which is by the way, relatively cheap) can come up with an exact dupe to this!

But anyways, before I blabber on any more, thats me off for now!
Ciao! & have a nice day everyone :-)
